Directorate Inpredkadry is the business unit of Directorate of General Management for Services to Foreign Representative Offices at Kyiv City Council. We were founded as a self-financing division in 1996 on the basis of GDFRS HR Department.   

We offer a full package of services to facilitate organisation and carrying out business in Ukraine. Our services include personnel and financial provision of embassies, representative offices of international organisations and foreign companies and corporations.

Some of our services are also available for joint ventures, Ukrainian institutions and organisations, business entities and individuals.

Today, our services are used by more than 50 embassies, representative offices of international organisations, about 30 international charity projects, as well as more than 600 foreign companies from all over the world carrying out successful business activity in Ukraine.
