Directorate Inpredkadry is the business unit of Directorate of General Management for Services to Foreign Representative Offices at Kyiv City Council. We were founded as a self-financing division in 1996 on the basis of GDFRS HR Department.

We offer a full package of services to facilitate organisation and carrying out business in Ukraine. Our services include personnel and financial provision of embassies, representative offices of international organisations and foreign companies and corporations.

Diplomatic institutions
Inpredkadry offers its services to more than forty embassies and consulates of the countries accredited in Ukraine, about ten representative offices of international organisations with diplomatic missions in Ukraine, honourable consular offices, as well as technical and humanitarian projects implemented by US, Canada and France.

Profit-making institutions
Inpredkadry provides its services to more than 920 representative offices of foreign companies and firms carrying out successful business activities in Ukraine. Most of our customers include world-known pharmaceutical companies, representative offices of international airlines, construction, information and telecommunication companies, world leading corporations producing household appliances, organic and inorganic chemical products for domestic and agricultural needs.
